Hop Pop Gin Mule

+ 2 oz Rye Whiskey
+ 1 oz Dry Vermouth
+ ¼ oz Maraschino Liqueur
+ ¼ oz Amer Picon or Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

+ 2 oz London Dry gin
+ ¾ oz freshly squeezed juice from 1 to 2 limes
+ ¾ oz freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon
+ 2 oz Original Hop Pop
+ 10 fresh mint leaves
+ 1 mint sprig

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Add gin, lime, lemon, and mint leaves. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into ice-filled serving glass or mason jar, top with Hop Pop. Garnish with mint sprig and serve immediately.

+ 23 oz fresh lime juice (from 23 limes, which can be done in 15 minutes)
+ 45 oz gin
+ 32 oz Original Hop Pop
+ 6 bundles of mint, half for muddling, the other half for garnish

Measure the lime juice, Hop Pop, and mint into a mixing glass. Muddle well to extract the mint's flavor. Add gin, and ice. Garnish with a mint sprig. You can also add candied ginger for a more festive effect. Serve with a straw.

+ 3 cucumber slices
+ 3 basil leaves
+ 1 oz gin
+ ˝ cup crushed ice
+ ˝ cup Original Hop Pop

Roll two basil leaves together, slicing them into smaller pieces.
Add gin, two cucumber slices and two sliced basil leaves, muddle 5-10 times.
Add ˝ cup crushed ice and ˝ cup hop pop
Make a cut halfway through your last cucumber slice, placing it in the rim of the glass along with a basil leaf for garnish.

+ 2 oz brut Champagne or dry sparkling wine
+ 1 ½ oz Gin
+ 2 oz Hop Pop
+ Lemon twist, for garnish

Stir sparkling wine, Gin, and Hop Pop together in a tall ice-filled Collins glass, mixing completely. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Bourbon Hop Muddle
+ 2 sugar cubes
+ 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
+ 1 lemon wheel
+ 1 lime wheel
+ 1 orange wheel
+ 1 maraschino cherry
+ ½ teaspoon grenadine
+ ¼ cup bourbon or rye whiskey
+ Hop Pop

Drop sugar cubes in a rocks glass; sprinkle with bitters and add citrus wheels, cherry, and grenadine. Using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, mash just to release fruit juices and oils. Add bourbon. Fill glass with ice cubes; stir to combine. Top with Hop Pop.

+ 2 oz rye whiskey (preferably Old Overholt)
+ ˝ oz Averna amaro
+ ˝ oz fresh lemon juice
+ 1 oz Original Hop Pop
+ Orange twist (for serving)

Combine rye, Averna, lemon juice, and Hop Pop in a cocktail shaker; fill shaker with ice. Shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass or a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with orange twist.

+ 2 cups Scotch whisky (such as Chivas or Glenlivet)
+ 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 5 lemons)
+ 1 12-oz can Hop Pop
+ Lemon twists (optional; for serving)

Combine whisky, lemon juice, and Hop Pop in a large pitcher. Add 8 cups ice; stir until ice begins to melt, about 1 minute. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon twists, if desired.

+ 1 Shot Shitty Whiskey (Ol Grandad, Vat69, Old Panther, Imperial)
+ Splash Hop Pop

Combine the shttiest goddamn shot whiskey you can find with a shot of Malort and splash of Hop Pop on top. No Ice. Served Warm. Not for the faint of heart.

+ 2 oz Irish Whiskey
+ ˝ oz Peach Schnapps
+ 1 splash Orange Juice
+ 2 oz Hop Pop

Build the whiskey, schnapps, and juice in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Hop Pop. Garnish with lime wheel. Serve in the highball glass.

+ 5 rainier cherries halved and pitted
+ 3 oz bourbon
+ 1 Slice of Crystallized Ginger
+ 2 oz Hop Pop

Muddle Cherries in Glass. Add ice and pour bourbon on top. Top with Ginger and stir. Add Hop Pop.

Lemon Hop

+ 2 oz lemon juice
+ 2 oz vodka
+ 4 oz Original Hop Pop
+ Lemon wedge, to garnish
+ Rosemary sprig, to garnish

Add the Hop Pop, vodka and lemon juice to an iced filled glass.
Garnish with rosemary and lemon wedge.

+ 1 ¾ oz. lemon vodka, preferably Crop Meyer Lemon Vodka
+ ½ oz. Cointreau
+ ½ oz. cranberry juice
+ ¼ oz. lime juice
+ ½ oz. Hop Pop
+ Lime wedge, for garnish

Shake vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime juice, and Hop Pop. Pour over a coupe. Garnish with lime wedge.

+ 1 half lime
+ 2 oz vodka
+ 4 to 6 oz Hop Pop

Squeeze lime into Collins glass (or copper mug) and drop in half lime. Add 2 or 3 large ice cubes, then pour in the vodka and fill with cold Hop Pop. Serve with a stirring rod.

+ 2 cubes honeydew melon
+ 3 basil leaves
+ 2oz Vodka
+ 6 oz Hop Pop

Muddle melon, 2 basil leaves and 1 oz Hop Pop in shaker.
Fill wine glass ¾ full with ice for large glasses and half full for small wine glasses.
Pour muddled fruit and basil over ice.
Add Vodka
Top with remainder of Hop Pop

Cranberry Rum Bunny
+ 2 oz (59 ml) dark rum
+ 1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
+ 6 oz (177 ml) Hop Pop, chilled
+ Lemon slices and ice, if desired

Pour the rum, lemon juice, and ginger ale in a glass. Serve over ice or garnish with lemon slices, if desired.

+ 7 fresh mint leaves
+ 1 lemon half
+ 2 oz Hop Pop
+ ¼ cup Rum (or really anything)
+ Crushed ice

Using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, mash 7 fresh mint leaves, 1 lemon half, quartered lengthwise, and a splash (2 oz) of Hop Pop in a 16-oz. mixing glass or a cocktail shaker 4–5 times just to release juices and oils. Add ¼ cup bourbon. Transfer to an Old Fashioned glass. Fill halfway with crushed ice, stir, then mound more crushed ice on top. Garnish with mint sprigs.

+ 2 oz rum
+ 4 oz Hop Pop
+ ˝ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
+ Maraschino cherry
+ Lime wedge

Combine the rum and hop pop in a glass filled with ice. Add lime juice, give a gentle stir, then finish with a cherry and lime wedge.

+ 32 fl oz cranberry juice
+ ¼ cup white sugar
+ 2 cups Hop Pop
+ 2¼ cups rum
+ 8 slices lemon

In a medium-size punchbowl, stir cranberry juice and sugar together until the sugar dissolves. Mix in Hop Pop, rum, and lemon and lime slices. Serve over ice.
