+ 2 sugar cubes
+ 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
+ 1 lemon wheel
+ 1 lime wheel
+ 1 orange wheel
+ 1 maraschino cherry
+ ½ teaspoon grenadine
+ ¼ cup bourbon or rye whiskey
+ Hop Pop
Drop sugar cubes in a rocks glass; sprinkle with bitters and add citrus wheels, cherry, and grenadine. Using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, mash just to release fruit juices and oils. Add bourbon. Fill glass with ice cubes; stir to combine. Top with Hop Pop.
+ 2 oz rye whiskey (preferably Old Overholt)
+ ˝ oz Averna amaro
+ ˝ oz fresh lemon juice
+ 1 oz Original Hop Pop
+ Orange twist (for serving)
Combine rye, Averna, lemon juice, and Hop Pop in a cocktail shaker; fill shaker with ice. Shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass or a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with orange twist.
+ 2 cups Scotch whisky (such as Chivas or Glenlivet)
+ 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 5 lemons)
+ 1 12-oz can Hop Pop
+ Lemon twists (optional; for serving)
Combine whisky, lemon juice, and Hop Pop in a large pitcher. Add 8 cups ice; stir until ice begins to melt, about 1 minute. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon twists, if desired.
+ 1 Shot Malort
+ 1 Shot Shitty Whiskey (Ol Grandad, Vat69, Old Panther, Imperial)
+ Splash Hop Pop
Combine the shttiest goddamn shot whiskey you can find with a shot of Malort and splash of Hop Pop on top. No Ice. Served Warm. Not for the faint of heart.
+ 2 oz Irish Whiskey
+ ˝ oz Peach Schnapps
+ 1 splash Orange Juice
+ 2 oz Hop Pop
Build the whiskey, schnapps, and juice in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Hop Pop. Garnish with lime wheel. Serve in the highball glass.
+ 5 rainier cherries halved and pitted
+ 3 oz bourbon
+ 1 Slice of Crystallized Ginger
+ 2 oz Hop Pop
Muddle Cherries in Glass. Add ice and pour bourbon on top. Top with Ginger and stir. Add Hop Pop.
